Our warranty ensures that your Zooper stroller will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year or more - read more about Zooper's Warranty Policy.

Warranty

 

Zooper warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture for a period of one (1) year from the date of initial purchase (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase). If such a defect is discovered during the limited warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace your product at no cost to you. "Repair" options may include, at Zooper's discretion, providing purchasers with self-repair instructions, kits, and/or replacement parts. In the case of stroller models, fabrics or accessories discontinued or modified by Zooper before or during the Limited Warranty period, replaced products or repair parts may not be identical to the originals.

This Limited Warranty is applicable to all Zooper products subject to dated proof of purchase. Please always keep your dated proof of purchase.

This Limited Warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, maintenance, storage, or use, failure to follow instructions, alterations, modifications or repairs not made by Zooper or Zooper's authorized service agent, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear, or if the serial number has been damaged or removed. In addition, this Limited Warranty does not cover corrosion or rust on the wheels and chassis due to environmental conditions, including high humidity, salt spray, ice or snow, damage to handle bar drips, or tire puncture.

This Limited Warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser of the product and is not transferable to anyone who obtains possession or ownership other than the original retail purchaser.

Return Policy (Download)

 

We only accept returns for all products purchased in the United States on the zooper.com online shop within 30 days from the time of purchase. Returned products must be NEW, UNUSED, and not personalized or embroidered. You must contact us for a RMA number prior to your return and provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorized.

Please note:

• Opening a box to verify contents, size, fit, or color does not disallow a return. Products showing signs of use or missing inner packaging are not considered new, and are thus non-returnable.
• The condition and packaging of a returned product must be as it was when received, complete with all warranty cards, original box(es), original packaging, and manuals/instructions.
• Please use care when opening and trying your product(s) so that you remain entitled to a refund should you chose to return your product(s).
• All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility.
• The original shipping charges or express shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.

Return Instructions

 

A return address label is included with your order (it is not a prepaid shipping label). You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is not what you ordered, defective (within 30 days of delivery), or damaged due to shipping (within 30 days of delivery).

If you are returning a product, call us at +86-13823924798. We will help with the specifics and answer any questions about your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card typical processing time for returns is 72 hours post item receipt. If a credit is due, processing may take as long as 7 business days for your credit/debit card to reflect the refund).

All items purchased from Zooper.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Zooper.com will assist customers to file FedEx claims in the event of loss, theft, mis-delivery, or denial signature. The purchaser can seek to suspend charges with their credit card issuer in these instances, which allows time to work with FedEx and local authorities and seek restitution through their insurance carrier regarding any matters of theft after delivery.

 

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

 

Claims of damage or missing parts must be presented immediately. Zooper.com arranges for prepaid return shipping when appropriate but does not reimburse for shipping fees, supplies, labor, or time.

Shipments and returns / Shipping Policy

 

Orders received and authorized by 11:00AM PST (M-F) generally ship the same day. Orders received and authorized after 11:00AM PST will ship by the end of the next business day*

* Orders placed before 11:00AM PST may not ship that day for reasons including but not limited to: credit card processing errors, shipping and billing address verification, and inventory availability.
* Orders over $500 require a delivery signature

 

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

 

Orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii must choose 2-Day shipping as a minimum, as all orders must be shipped via UPS Express. Even if you don't select 2nd Day shipping, you will automatically be charged the 2nd Day shipping rates when your order is processed.

Note that UPS 2nd Day Delivery to certain areas of Alaska and Hawaii can take 3 business days, depending on destination ZIP code. For additional details about Alaska and Hawaii shipments, please see UPS.com 

 

Express Shipping

 

If you would like your order shipped via 2nd Day or Next Day, please make that selection at checkout. Express shipping charges are calculated by weight and location and will be calculated when you checkout.

 

PO Box addresses

 

We currently do NOT ship to PO Box addresses.

 

UPS Claims

 

We promise to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items. 
We will assist customers with filing a UPS claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact UPS about any loss or delivery disputes. The purchaser is encouraged to dispute any credit card charges with their credit card company for undelivered merchandise. Doing so allows time to work with UPS, your local authorities, and insurance company regarding any matters of theft.
